Avalanche came to us after spending a couple of months in the pound, found as a stray with no owner claiming him.

We affectionately call him our horse dog.

He is being fostered with a large female dog.

Avalanche likes to go in the car.  He walks well on leash.  He has some new donated toys that he is loving. 

He is a sweet, sweet boy, but needs some guidance and help to grow his confidence.  We suspect he has a bit of separation anxiety, but the foster is working on it.  She is crate training him, but has discovered he can break out when she is not home ;)

He had some hot spots on him when he came to us.  He is doing much better now, finishing up his antibiotics.  He is an angel when his foster mom applies compresses, ointments, and bandages.

He is a big cuddle bug who deserves a wonderful, loving home.
