ARCTIC had his first shots, is microchipped and he’s been deemed a healthy boy by the vet. He’s a loveable puppy who’s already displaying the traits of being a loving and loyal dog. He has a great disposition and just loves people and loves it even more when a big fuss is made of him. He’s a snuggler and lives to sit and lap and have quiet time. 
He’s doing really well with his foster and is receiving some basic training. He walks well on his leash for a puppy and loves going on walks and running through the snow. A fenced yard is definitely required as he loves to be outside and run around to burn off some of that puppy energy. 
He sleeps well in his crate and once he’s told “nite nite” he goes right in and sleeps through the night. When it’s time to get up then he’s charged and ready to enjoy his day. 
His house training is going very well but as with all puppies his age, is still a work in progress. 
ARCTIC’s in a home with 2 small dogs and gets on well with them and seems to know when they’ve had enough of his puppy antics. His foster home has a cat and he loves to chase him around and entice him to play. He will be good in a home with children as he’s not a nippy puppy and responds well to a firm no. 
Being part Great Pyrenees, he does have that guarding instinct in him and will need an owner with breed experience and one who’s a strong leader. An active family would be ideal as he’ll need lots of walks, hikes and exercise in general. 
ARCTIC loves to play with toys of all types and is happiest when he’s laying in his bed and chewing on one of them. He does like to round up boots and slippers and place them in his bed. He will also chew on them if you don’t grab them off him quickly. 
His neuter is included in his adoption fee and he’ll receive that when he’s about 6months of age.
