WREN is just the sweetest young girl who through no fault of her own finds herself in rescue searching for a new home. She’s playful, gentle and loving and can’t wait to be part of a family again and to show them what a wonderful girl she is. She’s been spayed, vaccinated including rabies, microchipped and she’s been deemed healthy by her vet and ready to be adopted. She lived with young children and enjoyed their company so she would be a great addition to a home with them. She loves her toys and will spend a lot of time running around and playing with them. She loves to sleep on her dog bed and also to spend time looking out the window and watching the world go by.
WREN’s crate trained and will sleep through the night in it without a peep and also take a nap in it during the day. She loves going on her walks and does so gently beside you with very little pulling. She also loves to go hiking through the trails in her neighbourhood and is happy having a good sniff around in there. An active family is who this girl is looking for and one that loves the outdoors as much as she does. A fenced yard is required for her as she enjoys running around and playing outside (with supervision.)
WREN settled in her foster home very quickly and loves the big dog she shares her space with. She would do well with another dog in the home but would also suit being the only one. She has met a cat and wanted to play chase with him but he wasn’t interested and just ran away. A dog savvy cat and with proper introductions should do well with her. She is housetrained and will let you know when she needs to go outside. She travels well in a vehicle and happily jumps in to go for car rides.
WREN has been receiving obedience training and she’s been doing really well with it and catching on very quickly as she’s such a smart girl. We definitely recommend continuing the training with her to help her be the best girl she can be.
If you can offer the life that WREN desires then please put in an adoption application for her.
