SANDPIPER hails from Shamattawa and came south with his 5 siblings in search of his forever home. He’s the biggest puppy in the litter and just a big. playful boy. He’s had his first and second sets of vaccines, he’s microchipped and he’s been deemed healthy by his vet and ready for his new home. He’s a big bundle of puppy energy who loves to play and run around with his toys and chase balls around. He’s only just started to go walking on a leash so he’ll definitely need some training to help him understand what’s expected of him on his walks. An active family would be ideal for him as he’s a busy boy and long walks and hikes in the woods will help him to burn off some of that puppy energy. 

SANDPIPER’s crate trained but does wake up the odd time at 3am for a bathroom break. He dies like being in there though as he’ll go in it during the day for naps with no problem and sometimes he’ll just put himself in there to chill out. House training is a work in progress as he’s a puppy and he’s just starting to go outside when he’s taken out. He’s in a home with another dog and they get along really well so he would suit a home with another one. He isn’t around children but this guy really likes to nibble on toes and ankles so we are saying children aged 12 and up for him plus he’s bit of a jumper and could easily knock over really young ones.
SANDPIPER’s mum is a black lab mix of about 50lb but we have no knowledge of his dad but seeing as he’s a Northern dog, we’re assuming he’s a Husky mix of some sort. To say he’s going to be 60lbs is merely a guess as we really have no way of knowing for sure. We do require a fenced yard for him so he can run around and play outside and stay safely enclosed. 

As with all our puppies, we do require you to get them obedience training to help them be the best they can be. His neuter is included in his adoption fee and will be performed at 6 months of age and we need you to be in agreement with that in order to adopt him.
