SWIFT hails from Shamattawa and came south with his 5 siblings in search of his forever home. He’s turned into such a chill, quiet, gentle little guy the older he’s got and he loves to have snuggles and follow you around. He’s the last of his siblings to be in the foster home and he’s loving getting spoiled with lots of attention. He’s had his second set of vaccines, he’s microchipped and he’s been deemed healthy by his vet and ready to join his forever family.
He loves going on big walks several times a day so an active family would be ideal for him so he can get lots of exercise and burn off some of that puppy energy. He gets excited when he knows he’s going out for a walk and he goes on it with the 3 other dogs in his foster home. He has a kitty in the home and he usually just sits beside him and doesn’t bother him at all. He’s very well socialized with other dogs and loves to meet new ones on his walk. He has lots of different toys to play with but he especially likes to play with the squeaky ones and chew on the Nyla bones. We would like him to be in a home with a fenced yard to keep him safe and it will prevent him from accidentally getting outside and running off. 

SWIFT is crate trained and sleeps through the night without a peep. He does go in the crate during the day but not that often as there’s always someone home in his foster home. He will go in it throughout the day to just chill out as he’s come to know that’s his safe place to hang out in. Housetraining is going well and whenever he’s taken outside he will go to the bathroom, he just doesn’t know enough to ask to go outside due to him being so young. He has been around young children and like all puppies he does get excited and tend to jump up on them so for that reason we do recommend children aged 6 and up. 

SWIFT’s mum is a black lab mix of about 50lbs but we have no knowledge of his dad but anyone who’s met him says he looks like he could have Collie in him. To say he’s going to be 50lbs is merely a guess as we really have no idea.

As with all our puppies, we do require you to get them obedience training to help them be the best they can be. His neuter is included in his adoption fee and will be performed by 6 months of age and we need you to be in agreement with that in order to adopt him.
