PICASSO is part of the Artist litter who travelled from Whitedog (Wabaseemoong) with his 4 siblings to find their forever home down south. He’s had his first and second sets of vaccines, a microchip and been deemed healthy by his vet and ready for his new family. We have no information on his mum or dad so we’re referring to him as a mixed breed or “Northern breed.” Due to having no information on his parents, we also have no idea on what size he will grow to be, although he does have really big paws so we’re thinking it’s safe to say he’ll be a big boy. Everyone who’s met him says he’s a “Rottie” but we really don’t know but he sure looks like he has that breed in him. He has a very soft, gentle, placid nature and is one of the quietest ones in the litter. He loves to play with toys and chase around after a big colourful ball. He’s just learning to play fetch but most of the time he prefers to jump on the ball and chew on it instead of bringing it back to you.

PICASSO is the biggest in the little but also the most timid and he’s bit of a scaredy cat. When he first arrived in his foster home he wouldn’t jump down the step to go outside for at least 24hrs - he had to be carried! Not now though as he runs up and down steps no problem at all.
He’s just started to go on walks he’s doing well on them and gets excited when he knows he’s going on one. He’s getting good at going to the bathroom when he’s outside too and in the house he now uses newspaper. He’s crate trained and will sleep through the night in it without a peep. He will also go in it during the day to snuggle up with his teddy and have a nap. He’s well socialized with other dogs as he meets lots when he’s out on his walks. He also has 3 in his foster home that he lives to intersect with as well. 
PICASSO is searching for an active family to take him on lots of walks and adventures to make sure he gets the exercise he needs. His ideal home will need to have a fenced yard for him to run around and play in and to help keep him safe.
He loves people and has been around children but does excitedly jump up on them so we’re saying children 6 and up because of that. He hasn’t met a cat but with a slow introduction to a cat it should go well especially if you have a cat that is dog savvy. 
As with all our puppies we do require you to get them obedience training so he can be the best puppy possible. His neuter is included in his adoption fee and will be performed by the time he’s 6 months of age and we need you to be in agreement with this in order to adopt him.
